These general conditions apply to all orders placed on the website www.packnboard.com.
PACKNBOARD reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In case of modification, terms and conditions already in effect on the date of an order will be applied.
All prices are indicated in Euros, including VAT (Value Added Tax). Shipping charges are excluded. Items are charged based on the shipping rates in effect at the time of order entry. The total fee for the items ordered and shipping charges (if applicable) is payable in full in a single payment.
An order may only be placed via the website: www.packnboard.com.
The ordering process is as follows:
• Selection of items and add to cart
• Validation of cart
• Identification of client if not already identified
• Selection of delivery carrier
• Selection of payment method
• Validation of payment
The customer will receive an order confirmation by email from customer service. PACKNBOARD retains ownership of the items until full payment of the order is received.
PACKNBOARD reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order and/or who presents any form of risk. All orders imply the acceptance of the price and description of items available for sale.
PACKNBOARD agrees to fulfill the orders received on the website only to the extent of available stock. In case of product unavailability for one or more items ordered, PACKNBOARD undertakes to inform the client as soon as possible, and if necessary to refund the customer no later than 30 days after payment has been made. The customer's order will then be automatically canceled.

The customer will receive an order confirmation by email upon order validation and payment confirmation.
With the exception of sale periods, all orders placed on our website before 11am on Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be prepared and shipped the same day. Customers will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of their order, followed by a shipping confirmation email when their package is delivered to the carrier. A parcel tracking number is also provided. The status of your order is available at any time in the section "My Account – Orders History."
We deliver to mainland France, Corsica, Monaco, all countries within the European Union and Switzerland. Our delivery times are calculated in working days. These are average times and they do not include preparation time by our warehouse. The packing list is included within the parcel.
Delivery time in metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco:
• Colissimo: 2-3 days
• Chronopost 13h: the next day before 1pm
Delivery time EU and Switzerland:
• Colissimo: 7 days
• Chronospost: 2 days
We deliver to Switzerland and all EU countries except Cyprus and Malta. Any delivery address outside this area will be refused during the ordering process. Addresses including the following will also be refused: PO Box, Hotel, Cedex, Military Base. Products are shipped to the address specified during the checkout process. Shipping costs are based on the country of destination, package weight and the type of carrier selected.
The customer is responsible for checking the condition of all items delivered. All complaints (damaged product, missing items, opened package, defective item, etc) must be made within 3 working days of order delivery. After this date, all products delivered will be considered defect free.

If the defect or lack of conformity with product description is proven, PACKNBOARD undertakes to replace the item or refund the customer within a maximum of 30 days.
PACKNBOARD cannot be held responsible for the misuse and / or overuse of items ordered by the customer.
Any delay in delivery superior to 7 days should be reported promptly to Customer Service by email at email@example.com.
In case of delayed shipment, PACKBOARD undertakes to inform the customer by email of the delay. In this case and until the product is shipped, the customer may cancel their order. The customer will be immediately refunded if their account has been debited. If the customer receives the product after cancellation of his order, the customer agrees to return it to PACKNBOARD in its original state. PACKNBOARD will proceed to refund upon reception.

Products purchased on www.packnboard.com may qualify for a warranty. For further information on after-sales service, or any problem with a product, the customer may contact PACKNBOARD Customer Service. We will provide Manufacturer/ Brand After-sales service center details and conditions. To qualify for the guarantee of products, it is imperative to keep the purchase invoice of the product. (available online in your order history)
Customers have a period of 14 days after order delivery to return items and request a refund. This does not require providing reasons for the return, nor incurring penalties. Shipping charges for returning items are at the expense of the customer. PACKNBOARD will refund the full amount for the item(s) excluding original shipping charges within 30 days of the receipt of returned items, subject that they comply with the conditions below :

We recommend that you retain proof of deposit of the package given to you by the carrier.
In case of loss of the package, no refund will be made without this proof of deposit.
All returned items (original packaging, accessories, manuals ...) must be returned completely intact. No returns will be accepted if returned items have been visibly used or damaged and if such use or damage makes them unfit for resale. In this case, returned items will be sent back to the customer and all reimbursement rights will be deemed void.
Returned items that meet the conditions outlined above will be refunded within 30 days.
PACKNBOARD does not provide any product exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange a product must follow the return/reimbursement procedure and then carry out a new order.
We employ all means to ensure the confidentiality and security of data transmitted over the internet and on our website. As such, the site uses a secure payment SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
Your credit card details are encrypted and never transmitted unencrypted over the network. Payment is made directly with your bank or Paypal. PACKNBOARD has no access to these details, and does not keep them on its servers. This is why you are requested to provide them for each new transaction on www.packnboard.com.
PACKNBOARD is automatically liable towards the customer for the proper execution of the contract. However, PACKNBOARD will not be held liable for non-performance or improper performance of the contract in case of force majeure, occurrence of an act attributable to the customer, any inconvenience, unforeseeable or unavoidable damage inherent to the use of the Internet, including a breakdown of service, external intrusion or computer viruses.
PACKNBOARD website contains hyperlinks that can link to other web sites. PACKNBOARD will not be liable for the content of these websites should they violate laws and regulations. The illustrations accompanying the products on our website are not contractual value and therefore can not engage the responsibility of PACKNBOARD.
All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images on www.packnboard.com are reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property worldwide. For this reason and in accordance with the Code of intellectual property, it is only permitted for private use. Any total or partial reproduction of www.packnboard.com is strictly prohibited unless prior agreement.
This data collection is carried out when customer:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute concerning the interpretation and / or execution, will take place before French courts.
